Overview:

• We’re looking for a builder, not just an executor - someone who prototypes and ships incredibly fast
• This is a high-leverage, high-autonomy role for someone who thinks in distribution, speed, and scale

You’ll play a central part in building automations, AI agents, and client-facing systems

What You’ll Do

• Build AI-driven automations, tools, and internal agents using n8n, APIs, and low-code platforms (primarily n8n but we use the right tool for the job)
• Work directly with client, including calls, to understand their goals and create tailored automation solutions
• Prototype scrappy, high-impact workflows—shipped fast and iterated based on real feedback
• Creatively solve business problems using automation, data flows, and smart process design
• Collaborate with a nimble team to explore, test, and scale new automation ideas

• You know how to build just enough to prove value, then scale what works
• You're fully fluent in the latest version of n8n and comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and automation stacks
• You’re technical enough to ship independently, but strategic enough to align your work to business goals
• You communicate clearly, own outcomes, and don’t wait around for permission
• Not a wizard, but a fast learner. You upskill where required to deliver the best outcomes for the client
• A business fluent level of English

Nice to Have

• Experience with Zapier, Make.com, LangChain, or similar tools
• Experience in enterprise cloud stacks like GCP, Microsoft Azure, etc.
• Background in growth, operations, or product
• Ability to understand a client’s business and spot automation opportunities fast
• Experience with client and agency delivery project
